Refunds and Replacements

Returns

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The baits must be clean, unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging. Products that have been fished, rigged, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

When To Contact Us

Customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when they change their mind or no longer want the product. If we sent the wrong item or the order arrived damaged, LBA's Baits will cover the replacement or refund as appropriate.

Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items

• If we send the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will correct the mistake with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged items. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
• If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of everything that arrived. We will review the order and send the missing item or provide a refund when appropriate.

Handmade Color Variation

Because our baits are handmade, small color variations may occur from one batch to another. These differences are normal and do not affect the bait's performance. If the color is significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is lost in transit, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier when needed. After the loss is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
