Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are usually made, packed, and shipped within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Product Availability

All products are ready-made and sold while supplies last. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked unavailable until more are made.

Shipping Rate

We plan to charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.

Carriers and Tracking

We may ship orders through USPS or UPS, depending on the best available price and service for the package. Shipping labels may be purchased through Pirate Ship. Customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has been packed and the shipping label has been created.

If Tracking Shows Delivered

If tracking shows the order as delivered but it cannot be found, first check around the delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us with the order number so we can review the situation and help determine the next step.
